John Oxley Park upgrade
We upgraded John Oxley Park in Chinderah with new picnic tables, shelters and a public toilet designed to be flood-resilient, welcoming and accessible for all.
Improved connecting pathways now enhance access to existing park amenities and the accessible parking bay. Located along the southern shoreline of the Tweed River near the popular Chinderah boat ramp, the revitalised park offers scenic river views and supports the health and wellbeing of residents and visitors.
