Join us for 2 essential workshops, designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families in planning for the future.

Your Journey, Your Plan workshops will give you expert insights on wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, advance care planning, and more.

Workshop 1: Tues 12 November 10 am – 12:30 pm

Topics covered:

• Future planning legal documents - What you need to know
• Advance Care Planning: Starting the Conversation
• Advance Care Directives and Tweed Valley Hospital: What to Expect

Workshop 2: Tues 19 November 10 am – 12:30 pm

Topics covered:

• Wills, Powers of Attorney & Enduring Guardianships - Why do I need them?
• Burial versus cremation

Location:

The location for both workshops is Tweed South Community Centre, 18 Heffron St, Tweed Heads

Each workshop begins with morning tea and wraps up with a light lunch.
