Chillingham Community Centre public toilet upgrade

Chillingham-public-toilet.jpg

Following flood damage, the public toilet at Chillingham Community Centre received a major upgrade to improve its resilience and usability. The renovation used flood-resistant materials to help reduce the impact of future flood events.

The refurbishment also improved access and inclusion by adding a new accessible toilet, a designated accessible car parking bay and linking pathways. These upgrades ensure the hall remains welcoming to all members of the community. The compliant accessible public toilet now provides essential amenities for hall users, visitors to the monthly Chillingham Market and the Chillingham Community Gardens.
