Brian Breckenridge Clubhouse repairs

Brian Breckenridge.jpg

We repaired sunken floors and cracked brickwork at the Brian Breckenridge Clubhouse to address structural damage and improve the building’s resilience to future floods.

This work was part of a broader effort to restore and upgrade the clubhouse following damage sustained during the 2022 flood events. The repairs aimed to restore full functionality while ensuring the facility could better withstand similar natural disasters in the future.

Why it happened

We decided to carry out flood repairs and resilience works after the building sustained structural damage during the 2022 flood. Our goal was to fix the damage and strengthen the building against future floods.

The building had sunken floors and cracked brickwork, which affected its functionality and posed safety risks. To fix this, we restored the building to keep it safe, accessible and useful for the community.
