Quarterly Water Meter Reading

Quarterly meter reading commenced in 2014. This means, that every metered premises has its meter read four times a year, that is, once every 13 weeks. Water week droplet During the quarterly cycle (that is across the 13 weeks), different areas of the Tweed are read every week. Water bills are mailed the following week to reach you no later than two weeks after your meter is read.

You can also check when your meter will be read by entering your property number below and clicking 'go'. Your property number can be found in the top right of your water bill. Please note, the date provided is an approximation only and is subject to change due to weather conditions.

And remember.... Council Officers, carrying Council identification, will need access to your water meter. It is the customer's responsibilty to make sure their water meter is accessible and clear of rubbish, sand, earth, bushes and insects.
