The Tweed has a number of industrial precincts suitable for a variety of industries and purposes, all within easy access of the major transport routes. In addition to established industrial precincts, The Tweed has approximately a further 31 hectares of industrial zoned land to cater for future growth.

General Industrial Precincts

Murwillumbah South133 ha less than 15 mins from the M1 which is a mix of established and new industrial lots.
Tweed Heads South23 ha at Enterprise Avenue adjacent to Pacific Highway which is predominately an established precinct with some land available for future development.
Tweed Heads13 ha adjacent to the Pacific Highway at Ourimbah Road and only a few minutes from the Tweed Heads commercial precincts.
Chinderah 77 ha adjacent to the Pacific Highway comprising a mix of established areas and future development areas.

Additional General Industrial Zones (Zone IN1)

Tweed Heads West16 ha only 500 m from the Pacific Highway at Taringa Street with an approval for a 37 lot industrial subdivision.
Pottsville12 ha adjacent to the Pacific Highway zoned for future development.

Light Industry

In addition to the general industrial precincts, The Tweed has a number of precincts suitable to light industrial uses, warehouse premises and supporting facilities and businesses.
