Dogs and cats that have been impounded for the statutory period and whose owners can not be contacted to collect them are considered for the sale program. Once an animal is selected it remains in the program until sold or it is rehomed through an animal welfare organisation.

Abandoned animals are given a second chance at a life in a loving home.

All dogs and cats that qualify for sale have been:

• Desexed
• Temperament tested
• Health checked (by Veterinarian)
• Microchipped
• Wormed
• Vaccinated (first needle)
• FIV Tested (cats only)
