Draft Pottsville Locality Based Development Code

On exhibition from 14/10/2009 - 24/11/2009

The exhibition is for a new locality based planning code which guides development in the Pottsville area over the next 25 years. The draft plan covers the village centre and surrounding residential and employment areas.  The plan is structured in a way that encourages readers to look at the area holistically, recognizing the interplay between areas within the wider Pottsville locality

The Draft Plan is listed below and may also be inspected at the Planning & Regulation Division, Civic Centre Murwillumbah, Kingscliff Library, Pottsville Neighbourhood Centre or the Civic Centre Tweed Heads during ordinary office hours during the exhibition period.
