How to make your submission...
Any person may make a submission in writing. Written submissions will be accepted during the exhibition period and must be addressed to:

and received by 4:30pm on the closing date. Where the submission is in the form of an objection, the reasons for the objection should be given.

It should also be noted that Council has adopted a policy whereby, on request any submission including identifying particulars will be made public. Council will give consideration to the "Public Interest" and requests for confidentiality by submitters in determining access to submission letters. However, the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 1989 may result in confidential submissions being released to an applicant.
