Meeting Information - Tweed Shire Council
Agendas are uploaded to Council's site on the Friday preceding the meeting and all Minutes are uploaded on the Wednesday following the meeting.
All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Murwillumbah Civic Centre. These meetings are open to the public. Confidential items are considered in closed session, which excludes press and public.
NOTE: At its meeting held 21 July 2009, Council resolved at Minute 152 to adopt the amendments to the Code of Meeting Practice Version 1.8, which has resulted in all matters now being considered by Ordinary Council and there is no longer a separate Planning or Operations Committee.

Community Access is held in the Council Chambers, Murwillumbah on the second Tuesday of the month from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.

Council Meetings dealing with all Divisional Reports submitted for consideration of Council.
There will no longer be provision for Community Access sessions at Council
meetings.
Reserves Trust - held as required, at the conclusion of the Council Meeting.

It should be noted that all meeting minutes are unconfirmed until the next scheduled meeting of Council where they are formally adopted.
