Agendas are uploaded to Council's site on the Friday preceding the meeting and all Minutes are uploaded on the Wednesday following the meeting.

All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Murwillumbah Civic Centre. These meetings are open to the public. Confidential items are considered in closed session, which excludes press and public.

4:15pm	Reserves Trust
4:30pm	Council Meeting (includes Planning Committee/Operations Committee sessions both with Access for speakers on Committee Agenda items)
5:30pm	Adjourn for Community Access with the Council Meeting to resume at the conclusion of Community Access for consideration of any unfinished business.

Meeting dates for 2008: Meetings will be held every third Tuesday, with the exception of February/March where there will be a four week break.
