 The Tweed as a vibrant and respected creative arts precinct that
provides pleasure and recreation for our community,
sustains and encourages local artists and promotes our
artistic wonders to the world.
   
 

Tweed Shire City of the Arts
2003–2005 comprises a trilogy of cultural
programs highlighting Local
Distinctiveness and Sense of Place.
Each of these programs contains a
constellation of multidisciplinary arts
projects designed to nurture and promote Tweed’s unique sense of self and
