  Building on the considerable network, infrastructure and momentum that has been generated over the past twelve months, this project comprises two specific focus areas:

Stage 1 Research and Development
This will survey and evaluate the local cultural/arts/festival/events to ascertain a wide range of demographic and market information.

Stage 2 Marketing and Future Management Plan
