Big hART
| Stage 1(a):
Community Development Big hART will visit the Tweed and Gold Coast in early 2003 for approximately three weeks to identify referrals and establish the infrastructure that will carry the project. This will be self funded by Big hART. Stage 1(b): Community Development The Community Development phase will continue in mid 2003 and will be produced and promoted under the City of the Arts banner. This phase seeks to broaden participation by engaging young people in the project. Stage 2: Not at Home Young people and their families will be engaged in skills development, narrative, camera use, sound recordings and animation techniques. The creative process aims to address issues of isolation felt by youth experiencing marginalisation. Stage 3: Legacy Project - Making of Local Documentary Stage 3 aims to sustain the potential created by Big hART by engaging the community in a local documentary-making project. |
