Am I Entitled to a Pensioner Rate Rebate?
To be eligible to receive this rebate you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You must own the property you are making the application for
- You must possess a current pensioner concession card
- The property must be your principal place of residence
If you satisfy the above criteria, you may attend a Council office to complete a “Pensioner Concession Application Form”. You must provide your current pensioner concession card to a Council officer. Council’s offices are located at the Civic and Cultural Centre, Tumbulgum Road, Murwillumbah and Civic and Culture Centre, Brett Street, Tweed Heads.
